Life is Strange 2 announced and confirmed not at E3

Life is Strange 2 is officially confirmed by developers DontNod Entertainment. Sadly, we will not see the new addition to the Life is Strange series at E3 in June.

Life is Strange did an amazing job at tackling hard issues and presenting them with beautiful artistic style. Consequently, fans have shown great dedication to the series loading developers with letters and gifts daily. 2 years after the first trailer for Life is Strange released, the game has sold over 3 million copies. A significant event that allowed developers, DontNod to finally reveal Life is Strange 2 is in development.

DontNod confirmed Life is Strange 2 has been in development since the boxed Limited Edition released in February 2016. That’s a long time for appreciative developers to fend off questions from avid fans of the series. Developers Michel Koch, Raoul Barbet, and Luc Baghadoust sat down to announce Life is Strange 2 and show some appreciation to fans.

Life Is Strange 2 gameplay details

Not much information is known about the new Life is Strange game yet. However, the Life is Strange wiki indicates it’s a brand new game with a new cast. In the video, it’s confirmed E3 will not see any Life is Strange 2 news or information.

The original concept artist, Alyzian, who illustrated Max’s diary in Life is Strange confirmed they are working on Life is Strange 2. We may not get any information at E3 but perhaps the excitement of the event will see a picture leak. Fingers crossed!

Originally Life is Strange released on PS4, Xbox One, PC, as well as PS3 and Xbox 360 in 2015. With some pretty powerful consoles emerging, Life is Strange is only going to get more stunning.
